My family and friends threw a baby shower for me on Sunday, December 2, 2001.  In attendance were the above mentioned people, as well as my Aunt Joycelyn, and my friends Karen, Fara, and Nadia.

It was a lovely time.  It started with a 'game' my sister chose.  She took pictures of each of the guests that came to the party and handed them a 'form' to fill out.  The first question was when I was going to have the baby and how much it was going to weigh, how long, and if the baby would be a boy or girl.  The person that is closest will be the first in the album that she will be putting together for me of all the forms, with the person's picture at the top. :)  We then played a game of names.  This was Bobbi's game.  She listed everyone's name and we had to match the names to their meaning.  She included the baby names that we picked out.   Then we played my mom's game which was a memory game.  She put 15 items in a basket and we had 10 seconds to look at it and then when they started the timer, we had 30 seconds to write down all the items inthe basket.  The last game we played was the Diaper Toss. This was Lauren's game. We had to toss a 'wet' diaper in to a trash pail.  Then we did the gifts.  So,here are some of the pictures from the party.

Here I am arriving at the shower.  They made a name tag for me and the baby.  So, I asked Bobbi to pin the baby's name tag to my belly.

This is the floral arrangement that Bobbi made for me.  Tulips are my favorite and if you look closely at the vase, it is of Mickey Mouse, one of my absolute favorite characters.

I will add more later when I am able to convert them.
